Greetings I am Dr. Millhouse. A little bit about myself. Life started in an orphanage for me. I was adopted into a wonderful family at the age of 5. My dad died at a young age so I was raised by my mother with help from her parents, and grew up most of my life in Idaho. Before Idaho I had lived some of the time in Pennslyvania. At 19 I joined the Navy, deployed a couple times, met my first wife during that time. Sadly she passed away from a pulmonary embolism while I was on my second deployment. I left the navy with an honorable discharge to pursue medicine hoping I could make a difference. I completed my undergraduate work at Lewis Clark state College in Lewiston, Idaho. It was during this time I was able to find love again, get remarried. We have 3 beautiful children. I was accepted to medical school in Arizona at AT STILL School of Osteopathic Medicine completing that in 2019, and came to Kirksville MO for my Family Medicine Residency, completing that in June of 2024. Rural communities are my preference as I prefer the slower, more peaceful setting of life rather than the hustle and bustle of bigger cities which I have lived in. My top priority is my family. My interests include family medicine, hospice/palliative medicine, medical care for veterans as I am a veteran myself, as well as both hospital and clinical medicine. My hobbies include spending quality time with good friends, listening to music, playing piano, dancing, writing stories, reading, watching new movies in the theater, traveling, spending time by the water such as a lake or a river, and enjoying sunsets and sunrises. I look forward to connecting with this community and connecting my family to this community. I hope to build bridges, collaborate with people to improve their physical and mental health, partnering withthem to provide the best care I can give as we share this in these special moments during this beautiful journey we call life.
Seaira received her RN from Iowa Lakes University then went on to get her Masters through Walden University. She worked as an RN at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and Ottumwa Regional Health Center. Seaira completed her practicum at Van Buren County Hospital and Clinic with Mindy Danielson, NP so she is no stranger to VBCH. She started with Van Buren County Medical Clinics in November 2021. Seaira sees patients of all ages. She is currently at the Keosauqua Clinic.
Dianne received her Masters in Nursing from Clarkson College in Omaha NE. She has been a family nurse practitioner for the past 24 years. She and her husband farm in Davis County and love the rural environment as their home. She provides care for all ages. She is certified as a DOT Examiner. While family practice provides care for a wide variety of health care, she has a special interest in diabetic care.
Augusta Kincart, PA-C, will see patients of all ages as a Family Medicine PA. She graduated in December 2023 with a master’s in physician assistant studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE.
Prior to attending PA school, Augusta attended Iowa State University where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in biology. While at Iowa State she participated in research studying alternative treatments for Parkinson’s disease with the highly intelligent neuroscientist, Elizabeth Stegemöller, Ph.D.
Augusta was raised in Bloomfield on a family farm and continues to reside there. She looks forward to getting back to her roots and taking care of patients in the surrounding rural areas.
I came to VBCH to be closer to my girls while they are in school and love the family friendly culture here! I appreciate the more intimate atmosphere and more personal service we are able to provide to the community. The hospital believes in its employees and is happy to give current employees the chance to advance if possible.
