How do I obtain copies of my medical records or talk to someone about release of information?

There are two ways to obtain copies of your medical records:

How long does each visit take?

A.

Typically, the first visit lasts an hour. The following visits last anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour, depending on what you and your therapist decide is best for you. Currently, we have created all appointment slots to be one hour to space out everyone appropriately.

How often do I have to come?

A.

You and your therapist will discuss how often would best suit your needs and fit your schedule.  Twice a week is the most common.

Will my insurance cover physical therapy?

A.

It depends. Everyone is different! Some have co-pays, some have co-insurances, and some go towards your deductible if you haven’t met it per calendar year. We look at benefits for every patient but strongly encourage you to call and verify your benefits and eligibility. Ask if you have any questions! Call us at 319-293-8715.
