VBCH has rolled out a new feature on MyChart!
You may now be notified of an earlier appointment time if one comes available!
Messages will come via a MyChart Notification & an email.
You will see a New Appointment option as well as the option to Keep Existing Appointment when logging into your MyChart. You can choose which works best for you!
This feature is currently only available for our family practice providers.
Want to make sure you are Eligible? Simply confirm Your email with registration staff.
