The Complex Care Program is looking for a patient-centered nurse to join their team and work closely with the program’s medical director. The right candidate for this position must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment that prioritizes individual patient needs. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with multiple team members to seek out, organize, and coordinate services for patients and families within the Complex Care Network. The person in this position will be required to travel to outlying clinics and other clinics within the Network in other counties. This position will primarily be in the clinic as the Complex Care Medical Director’s nurse, but they will also be performing care coordination duties. This applicant must hold a LPN or RN licensure in the state of Iowa or compact state.

Bachelor's degree or beyond in early childhood education or related field is required or four years' experience in working with children one-on-one and/or in a group setting. Parent Educators must be willing to attend certification training and complete 20 hours of continued education yearly. This is a part-time position 20-24 hours a week with the opportunity to go full time once case load is full.
