Over the next few months, Van Buren County Hospital (VBCH) located in Keosauqua IA will be collaborating with area community leaders and providers to complete a 2023 Van Buren County Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA).  Today we are requesting area Van Buren County residents to complete a short healthcare delivery survey.

The goal of this assessment is to understand community health unmet needs and issues, while collecting up-to-date community health perceptions and ideas.  VVV Consultants LLC, an independent research firm from Olathe, KS has been retained to conduct this countywide research.
