Van Buren County Hospital will again be offering FREE Sports Physicals! This year they are offering two convenient days and times for the physical appointments!
Clinics will be held on:
Thursday, July 10th | 11am-5pm
Wednesday, August 6th | 9am-12pm & 1pm-3pm
Forms for the physicals can be found here: Physical Forms
Please have all forms completed and signed before your scheduled appointment.
If parents WILL NOT be attending with their student a Parent Consent Form is required! You can find that form here: Parent Consent Form.
To schedule your physical day/time please call 319-293-8732!
Apointments are encouraged not required, there could be a longer wait time for walk in's.

Themed “Skills Are a Beach,” the event combined hands-on clinical training with festive beach vibes, creating a vibrant atmosphere that emphasized learning, teamwork, and celebration.
