You can now schedule your Same Day, Acute Illness or Wellness visits on MyChart.

Examples of acute Illness:

  • Rashes
  • Cold & Flu Symptoms
  • Gastrointestinal issues
  • High blood pressure
  • Tooth pain
  • Pink eye
  • Back pain
  • Diabetes
  • Animal or incent bites
  • Urinary Tract infections
  • Ear Pain
  • Sprains and Strains
  • Sore throat

All of the above can be scheduled either same day or as acute illness visits.

Adult Wellness visits for men and women can be scheduled as well as Mammograms.
