2026 Community Health Needs Assessment

Over the next month, Van Buren County Hospital (VBCH) located in Keosauqua IA will be collaborating with area community leaders and providers to complete a 2026 Van Buren County Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA).  We are requesting area Van Buren County residents to complete a short healthcare delivery survey.

The goal of this assessment is to understand community health unmet needs and issues, while collecting up-to-date community health perceptions and ideas.
