Laboratory Manager

Van Buren County Hospital is seeking a well-organized and dedicated professional to lead our clinical laboratory as Lab Manager. This position oversees all aspects of lab operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, policy and procedure management, and ensuring quality results through rigorous quality control, quality assurance, proficiency testing, and compliance reporting. Advanced technical knowledge and supervisory experience are essential for this role.
