Patient Insurance Billing Representative
Join our Team! We are looking for a Patient Insurance Billing Representative to join our wonderful staff in the Business Office.
The Patient Insurance Billing Representative handles the hospital and clinic’s accounts receivables involving initial billing and follow-up on third party claims, handling of different types of accounts, and posting and preparing daily funds and transactions. This individual handles incoming calls, customer services inquiries, works to resolve denied or aging claims, posts payments in the computer system(s), updates insurance records and works with patients on self-pay collections and payment plans. Provides clerical support and assists with projects as delegated.
