Clinical IT Analyst/Nurse Educator
Do you have a passion for high quality patient care and data? If the answer is yes, then VBCH may have the perfect position for you! Our organization is seeking an RN who is interested in both clinical IT and education duties to join our team. This position will be on the team that is responsible for electronic medical record (EMR) education, training and modifications for all departments within the organization. In addition, they will work with all clinical departments to organize educational offerings for their staff. The right candidate must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to teach others about EMR processes and utilization. This position will have opportunity to work with all clinical departments in the hospital, so excellent organizational and time management skills are also needed. VBCH is requiring an RN license for this position. Familiarity with EPIC is also preferred. Must be willing to obtain instructor status for BLS, ACLS and PALS.
