Respiratory Therapist - Weekend Package
VBCH has an immediate opening for a Weekend Package CRT or RRT. As the respiratory therapist in a critical access hospital, you will be utilized in various areas throughout the hospital. Your reponsibilities will include: routine respiratory care procedures, PFT's ABG's, EKG's, Aerosol therapy, O2 therapy, CPAP/BiPAP, ventilator, holter monitors, cardiopulmonary rehab, charges, documentation and patient education.
Applicant must be an Iowa licensed RCP. Individual must have current ACLS and PALS, or be willing to obtain within 6-months of employment.
This is a weekend package position that includes 3, 12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, plus weekend call. This position will work 50 out of 52 weekends and be eligible for a 50% premium above their base wage.
