Pulmonology is the specialty area of medicine that focuses specifically on the pulmonary system. The pulmonary system, also sometimes called the respiratory system, consists of the lungs, trachea, bronchi, bronchioles, associated blood vessels, and all other components involved in and directly related to breathing and the process of respiration (gas exchange).

Pulmonology services include treatment for:

  • COPD
  • Bronchiectasis
  • Asthma 
  • Pulmonary Hypertension
  • Pulmonary Fibrosis

Our American Board of Sleep Medicine Certified Sleep Specialists can provided numerous services to help you sleep better including sleep consultations, at home sleep studies and sleep apnea treatment.

Sleep Conditions that can be treated are:

  • Insomnia
  • Snoring and Sleep Apnea
  • Daytime Sleepiness
  • Periodic Limb Movements
  • Circadian Rhythm Disorders
  • Narcolepsy
  • Shift Work Disorder
  • Restless Leg Syndrome
  • REM Sleep Disourder

The pulmonologist see's adult patients 18+ years old suffering from lung diseases and sleep disorders.
