Human Resources Manager
The right professional for this role will enjoy working with people and have a strong desire to help individuals and departments meet their full potential. This person will be responsible for all HR functions, including: recruitment and staffing; employee orientation and training; compensations and benefits administration; employee health; policy development and administration.

This position supervises the Payroll and Benefits Specialist and reports to the Culture Director.
Prior experience in Human Resources is preferred, but candidates with a history of leadership experience will also be considered. A winning attitude, a continuous improvement mindset, and strong communication skills are required.
