RN - Operating Room - $3,000 Sign-on Bonus
The OR Team is seeking a qualified RN to join their team full-time. Our OR offers a variety of outpatient surgeries and is open during the weekday. (No on-call, weekends, or holidays.) The right candidate for this position will be comfortable floating between pre-op, central sterilization, the surgery suite, endoscopy, and post-op. They must also be comfortable cross training to the treatment room, and be willing to fill in there as needed. A patient first attitude is a must have, as well as the ability to work well on a close knit team. Our OR, and treatment room, are two of the fastest growing areas in the hospital, so it is important this person also enjoys learning new things and having a lot of variety in their week. This is a 32-hour a week position, most typically spread across 4-days. We are also offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
