HR Manager
Are you interested in joining a dynamic team dedicated to providing high quality patient care and services to our community? As the HR Manager you will have opportunity to work with employees in all departments at VBCH. This position is responsible for the full range of HR activities, including: recruiting and staffing; organizational planning; employment and compliance regulatory requirements; compensation and benefits administration; and employee health and wellbeing. You will work closely with the Culture Director to build a workplace culture that values employees while maintaining high standards for patient care and service.
To be considered for this position you must exhibit characteristics of a servant leader and find joy in helping others succeed. The successful applicant will have prior supervisory experience, with preference given to those who have held positions within HR, or have formal training or education either in HR or a business related field.
