Project Implementation/Education Coordinator
VBCH is seeking an RN with a diverse skill set and knowledge base to join our team as the Project Implementation/Education Coordinator. The right candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys launching new initiatives and is comfortable working in several different departments. They will partner with the Assistant Administrator/CFO to ensure successful launches of new service lines while also evaluating current offerings to ensure patient satisfaction and efficiencies. One of their initial priorities will be reinvigorating the education program to ensure that it is meeting the needs of all clinical staff. Must be certified to teach BLS, ACLS, and PALS, or willing to obtain certification within the first year. Must be a strong team player who wants to help VBCH continue to innovate and provide exceptional care to all of our patients. Experience working in multiple clinical roles is a plus, as is prior training or education experience.
