Summer Help / PRN Child Care Provider
Van Buren County Hospital is seeking a Summer Help Child Care Provider to support daycare operations during summer months and as needed throughout the year. This position assists with supervision, care, and age-appropriate activities for children while helping maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with supervision and care of children during daily activities
- Help provide developmentally appropriate activities and play opportunities
- Assist with meals, snacks, outdoor activities, and group activities
- Interact positively with children and support a safe environment
- Assist with attendance and daily activities as needed
- Support nap times and age-appropriate routines
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- Follow daycare policies and safety requirements
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Daycare Manager
Qualifications
- Must enjoy working with children of varying ages
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Ability to interact positively with children and families
- Ability to maintain a safe and supportive environment
- CPR, Mandatory Reporter, and other required certifications may be obtained after hire as applicable

PRN position with variable hours based on daycare and summer staffing needs. Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
