Housekeeping - PRN
Van Buren County Hospital is seeking a PRN EVS Technician to support Environmental Services operations throughout the facility. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff while supporting infection control and safety standards.
PRN staff may assist with additional Support Services functions as needed based on operational demands.

Primary Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms, clinical areas, offices, and common spaces
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Properly handle waste, linens, and cleaning chemicals
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of assigned areas
- Report safety concerns or maintenance issues promptly
- Assist with floor care and routine environmental cleaning duties
- Support overall hospital cleanliness and patient experience
- Assist with additional Support Services duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or institutional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Additional Information
PRN position with variable hours based on department needs. Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Employment is at-will.
