Food Service Worker
Schedule:
This role primarily works weekday shifts, with occasional weekend rotations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, season, and cook food following standardized recipes

Serve food for patient trays according to dietary orders
-
Assist with cafeteria service and cashiering
-
Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment
-
Wash dishes, utensils, and serviceware; maintain sanitation standards

Collaborate with the Dietary Supervisor and dietitian regarding food needs
-
Maintain diet records and assist with tray preparation
-
Follow all safety, infection control, and departmental procedures
Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Previous food service experience
-
Completion of the 90-hour food service short course within 90 days of hire
