House Supervisor
The House Supervisor will be responsible for managing the staffing and patient flow on the Medical Surgical floor and in the Emergency Department. The right candidate will be someone who is comfortable in all areas of the hospital and is willing to jump in and help wherever it is needed (including the Clinic). This person must be committed to the cultural values of the hospital and consistently demonstrate a patients first attitude. The House Supervisor will be expected to lead by example, assisting department managers in coaching all staff and training new employees. The right candidate must be an experienced professional holding either an RN or Paramedic license.
