Weekend House Supervisor
The Weekend House Supervisor will be responsible for managing the staff and patient flow in the Emergency Department and on the Medical Surgical floor over the weekend. They will be primarily staffing in the ED, but must be available as a resource to other departments when needed. The right candidate will be someone who is comfortable in all areas of the hospital and is willing to jump in and share their knowledge and expertise wherever it is needed. This person must be committed to the cultural values of the hospital and consistently demonstrate a patients first attitude. The House Supervisor will be expected to lead by example, assisting department managers in coaching all staff and training new employees. The right candidate must be an experienced professional holding either an RN or Paramedic license. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. The Weekend Package House Supervisor position is regularly scheduled for 3, 12 hour shifts, two of which must be Saturday and Sunday.
