Paramedic
- As a Paramedic, you will:
- Deliver advanced life support in both emergency and non-emergency settings.
- Conduct patient assessments, perform treatments (IV therapy, airway
- management, cardiac monitoring/ACLS, medication administration) and assist with emergency or surgical procedures.
- Take ambulance call while on duty and provide pre-hospital care.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain adequate ER and ambulance supplies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a certified pre-hospital Paramedic program.
- Current Iowa Paramedic certification with BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS.
