Support Services Float
The Support Services Float supports multiple departments within the hospital, with a primary focus on Environmental Services (EVS). This role assists with maintaining a clean, safe environment while also supporting Food & Nutrition, Laundry, and Supply operations as needed based on staffing and operational demands.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms, common areas, and clinical spaces
- Follow infection control and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of assigned areas
- Assist with food service operations, including tray delivery and dishwashing
- Support laundry operations, including washing, drying, and distribution
- Assist with supply stocking and distribution
- Cross-train in multiple Support Services areas
- Respond to department needs and support hospital operations

- Maintain strong teamwork and communication across departments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
