Clinic Nurse (RN/LPN/CMA)- $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for clinic visits, including vital signs and medical history updates
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments within scope of practice
• Document patient care in the electronic medical record
• Coordinate patient care, referrals, and follow-up
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment
• Support patient flow and clinic operations
• Follow all clinic policies, safety standards, and infection control practices

Qualifications

Required (based on role):

• Active RN or LPN license in Iowa (or compact state)
• OR current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential

Additional Requirements:

• CPR certification (Healthcare Provider level)
• Mandatory Reporter certification (or ability to obtain)
• Previous clinic or healthcare experience preferred

Compensation

Pay is based on licensure and experience:

• CMA: $20.27 – $28.00 per hour
• LPN: $23.38 – $35.00 per hour
• RN: $28.71 – $39.00 per hour

This position would primarily work full-time, Monday through Friday at the Keosauqua clinic. The right candidate will be willing to work at any one of the four clinic locations across the county and will be part of the Saturday rotation (five to six week rotation). No Sundays or holidays!
