ED Nurse Manager

What You’ll Do
-
Lead and mentor a skilled ED team of nurses and paramedics.

Serve as Trauma Coordinator, keeping our Level IV designation strong.

Drive performance improvement, quality audits, and patient experience initiatives.

Partner with hospital leadership to align ED operations with our strategic goals.
-
Balance leadership with hands-on care when needed — you’ll set the tone by example.

Build connections across the hospital and community to improve emergency care and education.
What We’re Looking For
-
A Registered Nurse (Iowa license) with at least 3–5 years of ED or critical care experience.

Someone with strong clinical skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team.
-
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.

A leader who’s adaptable, organized, and thrives in fast-paced situations.

A mindset that embraces continuous improvement and collaboration.
