Van Buren County Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft Office 365 Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our Microsoft 365 environment. In this role, you’ll ensure reliable performance, maintain security and compliance settings, and provide excellent support for staff using Microsoft 365 applications.
What You’ll Do
- Configure and manage Microsoft 365 tools and features
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for Office 365 users
- Manage security, compliance, and data protection settings
- Deliver staff training and best practices for Microsoft 365 usage
- Oversee licensing and assist with system updates
- Monitor performance and implement preventive measures
- Rotate into on-call status for one week a month
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
- Microsoft 365 certifications (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Familiarity with Azure AD, security, and compliance policies
- Strong problem-solving and customer service
