Performance Excellence Specialist
Do you have a passion for improving service excellence and work environment through process? Can you use your keen eye for detail to help others see where improvement is possible? If you answered yes to both of these questions, then you may be a perfect fit for the Performance Excellence Specialist position at Van Buren County Hospital. This position will be responsible for working with departments across the hospital to improve service delivery by identifying efficiencies and eliminating steps that don’t add value for our patients. To be successful in this position, the right candidate will bring a background in lean methodologies, preferably in a healthcare setting, and experience successfully leading multiple projects to completion. Must combine a passion for process with strong teaching abilities and a genuine desire to create an environment that helps everyone succeed.
